GLK Engineering & More was established to address a gap that many African development projects face: the need for a firm that combines deep engineering capability with the ability to read the political and commercial environment those projects operate within.
Infrastructure does not exist in a vacuum. A construction project depends on supply chains that cross borders, on regulatory decisions made in government, and on political conditions that shift. We built GLK to hold all three of those dimensions — engineering, trade, and risk — under one roof, so clients get coherent advice rather than three separate firms that never talk to each other.
Based in Accra and operating across West Africa, we serve private developers, international investors, governments, and multinationals who need a partner with both technical rigour and on-the-ground regional intelligence.

Founder & CEO
Nathan is the founder and CEO of GLK Engineering. Nathan holds an M.Phil in International Relations from France and has several years of experience in political risk consultancy, and managing international trade in industrial chemicals importation to Ghana.
George Lawson
CTO
George Lawson is an experienced engineer with 30+ years of experience in engineering and hydrogeology delivering major engineering and infrastructure projects in Ghana.
Jenifer Tengey
Trade & Logistics Manager
Jenifer is an experienced trade and logistics manager with several years of experience handling and processing several large scale and complex trade and logistics operations with companies in Ghana and abroad.
